Ruffino functions as Property Manager. He monitors the rental market, and shows residential rental properties. He is the property inspector who evaluates the need for repair, maintenance and improvement of our managed properties. His duties include advising and coordinating with property owners on needed work to their property. Ruffino frequently represents owners on eviction matters in the local Justice of the Peace Courts.
